Xochi completed a 200-hour Alignment Yoga teacher training in 2017 and now offers private lessons and group classes. Her teaching is informed by the the Alexander Technique principle of good use, which offers a framework to explore moving with greater ease and less effort. This foundation in the fundamentals of self awareness can help you grow a Yoga practice while experiencing balance in your inherent postural support system to prevent pain and injury and ease stress in everyday life.
